Hatha Yoga

General yoga classes incorporating asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and relaxation.  Modifications and adjustments are provided in class, with an emphasis on making every posture work for every body.  Whilst stretching the body and toning the muscles we build strength and stamina.  Focusing on the breath helps to calm the nervous system and reduce stress.  All of these aspects work together to provide a calm and quiet space for some you time.  These classes are suitable for all levels.

All classes are live streamed using Zoom, I can see the participants and offer verbal cues and modifications where necessary.
