Kids Yoga

With a fun and relaxed approach to yoga, our kids sessions make use of a story or theme to tie together yoga postures, meditations and breathing practices. Our kids yoga classes are interactive, incorporating games, acrobatics and partner work, helping your child learn to work with others and develop social skills. The nourishing atmosphere encourages children to relax and have fun while they develop not only strength, coordination, flexibility and balance but also body awareness, better focus and concentration, and self confidence.  Children are encouraged to challenge themselves whilst feeling safe and secure, celebrating everything that they can do.
