Kids Yoga

Kid’s yoga combines physical activity with mindfulness, breathing and relaxation, providing a fun way for children to develop important skills in a non-competitive environment.

The nourishing atmosphere encourages children to relax and have fun while they develop not only strength, coordination, flexibility and balance but also body awareness, better focus and concentration, and self confidence.  Children are encouraged to challenge themselves whilst feeling safe and secure, celebrating everything that they can do.

 

Kids Yoga Adventures (age 4-8)

Mondays 3.45-4.15pm

Join me for a different yoga adventure each week, based around stories, festivals, holidays, or using our imagination to travel the world.

 

Young Yogis (age 8-12)

Mondays 4.30-5.10pm

For those children who feel ready to move on from story based classes. In these classes we will challenge our bodies and minds by working with abstract themes and progressing to challenging postures and sequences.
