Vinyasa Flow

Build strength and stamina in a faster paced yoga class.  In a vinyasa flow class, some postures are linked and we will flow through sequences before coming to stillness.  Breath and movement are linked generating heat in the body and providing a focus for the mind.  Vinyasa flow is an energising style of yoga, and the classes should leave you refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

Modifications are offered for postures meaning that these classes are suitable for all levels, although I would recommend trying at least one Hatha class before coming to Vinyasa Flow.

All classes are live streamed using Zoom, I can see the participants and offer verbal cues and modifications where necessary.
