Yin Yoga

In these monthly classes we will start with gentle movements before moving into floor based postures that are held for a longer period of time.  We finish with deep relaxation.  As we move into these postures we may use props to support the body.  The emphasis in these sessions is on holding a passive stretch for a longer period of time, to target the deeper connective tissues and the joints.

These slower paced classes are ideal for anyone living a busy life, looking for balance and a chance to find quiet and calm.

Release stress, release anxiety, release whatever it is that no longer serves you, and return to a state of balance and well-being.

All welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
