Yoga Babies

Parent and baby classes suitable for babies from around 8 weeks (or younger) up to confidently mobile. Designed to help your baby stretch out and develop their strength, these classes are the perfect introduction to yoga.  Classes combine gentle movements and stretches for your little one with songs and rhymes.  These playful sequences are combined with stretches and poses for adults, specifically designed to strengthen the core, tone abdominal muscles, regain pelvic stability and open the chest and shoulders.  Spend some precious one to one time with your little one, and meet other local parents.
