Sarah Brannen, Warm Hearts Yoga, Birthlight, and Rainbow Kids Yoga will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may occur whilst attending classes. 

The recommendations, ideas and techniques described in these classes cannot be regarded as a substitute for the advice of qualified medical practitioners.

You must inform your teacher of any change in the medical condition of your child or yourself (including early pregnancy) before or at the start of any session

Your child remains your responsibility at all times during parent and child classes

You must ensure contact details are up to date at all times

Online Classes:

It is the responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian to ensure:

  • There is enough space to participate safely
  • The floor space is clear of hazards
  • The environment is suitable
  • Any props or equipment used are safe
  • Children are supervised at all times

Data Storage and Privacy:

Personal information collected by Warm Hearts Yoga and the online booking system is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Warm Hearts Yoga will secure your personal information no matter where we process or store your data.

Warm Hearts Yoga takes the security and privacy of our customers seriously. We endeavour to conform with the UK and European Data Protection laws. We do not share any information with third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you. Information collected during the application process, will be stored securely. Information collected will be securely destroyed if it is no longer required by Warm Hearts Yoga.  More details can be found in our privacy policy.

Booking:

To book a place in a class you must book online and pay in advance with a credit or debit card.  This payment keeps your place for you and is non-refundable.

Fees and Payment:

The fees are not refundable in any circumstances other than with the written consent of Warm Hearts Yoga

Fees will not be refunded if a student misses a class, unless it is due medical conditions affected directly as a result of activities in a class. Written notification is needed to process this refund.

Bookings are made subject to the right to alter the program or teaching staff as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

During Classes:

Warm Hearts Yoga reserves the right to refuse admission to the class.

Respectful behaviour to others in the class is required.

Please respect the privacy of others in class and do not use photography or videoing.

Please do not use mobile phones during class.

Cancellation by Student:

All payments are non- refundable.  It may be possible to transfer your booking to a different block or a different class.  Please get in touch via email to discuss this.

In special circumstances the fee can be waivered. Please get in touch via email to discuss this.

Class Cancellation by teacher:

Please ensure I have your up to date email, mobile number, and join me on Facebook to receive updates. In certain circumstances, your yoga class may, regrettably, have to be cancelled. This will only happen when all other avenues have been ruled out. Should this happen, I will let you know as soon as possible via email, text message and Facebook (warmheartsyoga).

…due to bad weather or the like

When the schools are closed, yoga classes will be automatically be live streamed online via Zoom unless this is not possible in which case the class will be rearranged. If this is not possible for you please contact me to arrange credit for future classes.

…for any other reasons

In the unexpected event of illness etc, I will arrange a substitute teacher at the regular time/place or alternatively I will live stream the class online via Zoom.  Classes may also be rearranged to a different day or time.  If none of these options are possible you will be refunded the cost of the class.

COVID -19

If in person classes are cancelled due to government guidelines regarding Covid-19, all classes will be streamed online.

Please do not attend class if you, or any member or your household are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19.

Please ensure you follow up to date government guidance regarding physical distancing, and use of face coverings when you attend classes

If you miss an in person class due to self isolation you will be given the option to attend online, use a pre-recorded session, or carry a credit over to the next block (maximum 2 credits per client).

If you miss classes due to illness from Covid-19 please get in touch to discuss credit for future classes.

Concession & lower income prices

Available to those in need. Please let me know you would like a reduced rate if you feel you cannot meet the costs of classes but would still like to attend.

From time to time it may be necessary to revise this policy. should this occur the amendment would be posted on our website.
