Warm Hearts Yoga Covid-19 Protocol

*Waiver* By attending any of my in person classes you agree:

  • to not attend with a fever, cough or any other COVID-19 symptoms.
  • to have your temperature taken on arrival.
  • to use hand sanitiser upon entering any buildings.
  • to wear a fabric mask until you get on your mat, where you may decide to take your mask off.
  • that Sarah Brannen (Warm Hearts Yoga) has taken necessary precautions as per Government Guidelines.  By attending a class you acknowledge the risks and place no responsibility on Sarah Brannen should you contract COVID 19 in the future.

For indoor classes, I expect everyone to wear a mask as they enter the buildings, and to keep that mask on properly throughout the premises and into the room being used for class.  It is up to the individual if they would like to wear the mask while on their own mat.

I have a responsibility to protect both class members and the wider community; anyone coming to class with any signs of COVID-19 will be sent home to follow UK Government regulations.

I am implementing a temperature-taking measure into my protocol.  Everyone will have their temperature taken when arriving to class and anyone presenting with a temperature above UK Government guidelines will not be permitted to attend.

I will ensure that social distancing is adhered to at all times.

You will be asked to wash or sanitise your hands before your class. Sanitisers will be available, please use them.

At the time of booking, I request confirmation from the booker that neither they nor anyone they have been in close proximity to, have any symptoms related to Covid-19 within the last 14 days.

I will clean high-contact touchpoints throughout any areas used before and after each class.

Class members must follow the social distancing guidelines (2m) at all times. Spaces for mats will be clearly marked on the floor.

Class members are asked to enter and leave classes one at a time, and to fill the spaces from the back of the room to the front.

I will not be providing mats or any props at the moment and recommend that people bring their own mat and any props that they would like to use.

Group singing is against the current government guidance, so for the moment I will be using a mix of prerecorded songs and speaking songs instead of singing them.
