  • Yoga Basics

    Get to know foundational poses in these accessible feel-good yoga practices. Ideal for beginners or anyone who would like to work at a slower pace. Move slowly and steadily through gentle stretches, classic standing poses and simple seated twists and forward bends. All ages and all levels very welcome.

  • Yoga (Hatha)

    Including flowing sequences and static postures with time to pause and think about alignment. Combining movement with breathing practices, meditation and relaxation these classes are designed to nourish body and mind.

  • Yoga Flow

    A dynamic and energising practice, expect to develop strength and stamina as we move from one posture to the next using the breath as a guide. Anyone is welcome to this class, and variations are offered throughout the practice.

  • Ashtanga Yoga

    Ashtanga builds strength, stamina and flexibility whilst encouraging an inwards focus to soothe the mind. In this system we work with a set sequence of postures, moving with the breath. Variations are offered so you can adapt the practice to suit your body.

Book a Class

All classes can be booked online. I offer variable pricing for class blocks, please choose a pricing option that is workable for your budget at the time of booking. When you are able to choose a higher pricing option it goes a long way in helping me to keep these offerings affordable. If finances are an obstacle to your yoga practice please email me to discuss options as I am always happy to help. Any remaining spaces are available as drop ins.
