Two peaceful summer mornings in the beautiful surroundings of Craigtoun Country Park, St Andrews
These 75-minute sessions are all about gentle movement, fresh air, and a little time to slow down. We’ll start with a soft and flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels, followed by guided relaxation. Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay a while, enjoy some strawberries and maybe a stroll.
Family Yoga in the Park
Looking for a fun family day out this summer? Aged 1 or 101 everyone is welcome for some family yoga in Craigtoun Park (with lots to explore afterwards).
Get all the family together to stretch, get active and laugh with yoga. Family yoga provides kids & adults a chance to embrace their playfulness and spend some great quality time together.

Special evenings to refresh your energy and spark your creativity.
We’ll begin with tea and a mindful craft. I’ve planned simple, calming activities that soothe busy minds, including rolling beeswax candles and blending bath salts.
After crafting, enjoy a soothing restorative yoga practice and a deeply relaxing seasonal Yoga Nidra. We’ll finish with tea, cake, and the chance to add the final touches to your creations.
All materials and refreshments included.
No yoga or crafting experience required.

Practice Ashtanga Yoga in St Andrews with one-to-one guidance and individual attention in a small group setting. Suitable for anyone with some experience of Ashtanga Yoga, whether you have attended some led classes or have an established home practice I will meet you where you are.

A nourishing day retreat to welcome the energy of spring. Enjoy uplifting yoga, soothing breathwork, restorative rest, and a specialist myofascial release workshop. Step into the new season feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to bloom. Lunch and treats included.
Ashtanga Workshop: Introducing Intermediate Series
In this workshop we will start to explore the Ashtanga Intermediate series step by step. Looking at the overall sequence and discussing the different sections and how they work together. Talking through why intermediate series feels so different to practice than primary. Highlighting key postures and linking them back to primary series.
This workshop is suitable for anyone with an established yoga practice. You don’t need to be able to ‘do’ every posture in primary series comfortably, but should feel comfortable moving through a primary series class.
Ashtanga Workshop: Making Time for Practice
Do you struggle to work out how to practise at home? Wonder which postures to include when time is limited? How can you work on your bigger poses without ending up exhausted for the rest of the day? If so, this workshop is for you.
Most of us don’t have the time or energy to practise a full Ashtanga series every day, but that doesn’t mean you can’t build a strong, effective, and transformative yoga practice.

We’ll explore shoulderstand, headstand and the building blocks of going upside down — with a focus on breath, alignment, and inner steadiness. Whether you’re finding your first inversion or refining your approach, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

An evening to unwind, restore, and celebrate the season with soothing yoga, yoga nidra, and time to create your own shining star. Enjoy hot drinks, mince pies, and festive treats as we begin December with a perfect evening of calm and creativity.

In this session we’ll dive into arm balances like Bakasana, Bhujapidasana and Tittibhasana — building from the ground up with breath, bandhas and core connection. You’ll be guided through ways to lift off with more stability, awareness and confidence. Expect play, focus and a few lightbulb moments.

Backbends can feel expansive, energising, and just a little bit brave. In this workshop we’ll explore how to work with breath, strength and space to build safe, satisfying backbends with plenty of time to break things down and explore.
