All classes are available to book in blocks, allowing me to support you with your practice, and helping me to plan appropriate and progressive classes. Any remaining spaces may be offered as drop ins.

Hatha Flow Yoga Classes St Andrews

Classes suitable for all levels designed to stretch and strengthen head to toe.

  • Yoga Basics - Monday 13:45-14:45

    Get to know foundational poses in these accessible feel-good yoga practices. Ideal for beginners or anyone who would like to work at a slower pace.

  • Yoga Flow - Thursday 09:30-10:30

    Start your day in the best way with an hour to stretch the body and refresh the mind. A dynamic and energising class to help build strength and stamina.

  • Hatha Yoga - Thursday 10:45-11:45

    St Leonard’s Church Hall, St Andrews

    Move slowly and steadily through gentle stretches, classic standing poses and simple seated twists and forward bends. All ages and all levels very welcome.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga works with a set sequence of postures using the breath as a guide. These classes are dynamic and energising to build strength, stamina, and flexibility.

Alongside traditional yoga classes for adults I also offer weekly baby yoga, toddler yoga and children’s yoga classes during school term time.

    Join me for a different yoga adventure each week, based around stories, festivals, holidays, or using our imagination to travel the world.

  • Young Yogis age 8-14 | Mondays 16:30 - 17:10

    In these classes we use themes and games to explore yoga poses, breathing and meditation, progressing to more challenging postures and sequences.

  • Yoga Tots - Wednesdays 09:30 - 10:45

    Family classes best suited for mobile babies and toddlers up to 5 years. These classes will use songs, imagination and stories to provide an introduction to yoga in a relaxed environment. Stay for a cuppa and chat after class and enjoy the company of other parents.

  • Yoga Babies - Wednesdays 10:45-12:15

    St Leonard’s Church Hall, St Andrews

    Parent and baby classes suitable for babies from around 8 weeks (or younger) up to confidently mobile, these classes combine postnatal and baby yoga with songs and rhymes. Stay for a cuppa and chat after class and enjoy the company of other local parents.

Drop ins are available, provided there’s space in the class.

BOOKING

All classes are available to book in blocks, allowing me to support you with your practice, and helping me to plan appropriate and progressive classes.

PRICING

Pricing is available on two levels so please choose the level that works best for you. The reduced rate is available to anyone anyone who is on a low income, including unemployed, low wage, students, and over 65s. When you are able to choose a higher pricing option it goes a long way in helping me to keep these offerings affordable.
