What to bring?

  • Your yoga mat if you have one (if you don’t, I can lend you one for your first class, but it is a worthwhile investment if you come along regularly!)

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in

  • A bottle of water

  • You might like a warmer layer or a blanket for your relaxation
