I offer classes mainly to book in blocks, these are great value compared to the drop in price and help support me as a self employed yoga teacher.

    Working with the same group of people means I can plan for their needs and help them progress with their practice.

  2. Commitment

    Signing up for a full block in advance means you’re more likely to show up on those days when you’re dithering. Let’s face it, it’s getting there that’s the hardest part and once you’ve started you’re glad you made the effort.

  3. Community

    Getting to know the other people in your class is just as important as making shapes. Those smiles and chats before and after class make all the difference.
