Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga builds strength, stamina and flexibility whilst encouraging an inwards focus to soothe the mind. In this system we work with a set sequence of postures, moving with the breath. Variations are offered so you can adapt the practice to suit your body.
Some of my classes are taught in a special Mysore Style. Mysore Style in Ashtanga Yoga is a self-paced practice where each student follows a set sequence of poses at their own rhythm, with guidance and personalised adjustments from the teacher.
