Kids Yoga Lesson Plans
Over the years I have created many lesson plans for my children’s and family yoga classes. On this page you’ll find some of these available to download. These lesson plans are designed for kids yoga teachers, who have knowledge of yoga postures, and have trained to share yoga with children. My lesson plans give you scripts for stories, adventures, and themed yoga classes. They include the names of the postures, plus songs, activities, and games to share with children. They do not give you detailed instructions or cues for teaching the postures. If you are not sure what the postures are or how to teach them, why not join me on my Kids Yoga Teacher Training.
