Regain strength, stability, and energy with this series of gentle yet effective postnatal yoga videos. Designed to support your recovery after birth, these practices focus on reconnecting to your deep core and pelvic floor, easing tension in the shoulders and chest, and using breathwork to restore balance and vitality. You’ll find a mix of strengthening movements, mindful stretches, and relaxation techniques to help you rebuild from within. All at your own pace and in your own time.
