Please note classes are paused during school holidays. Classes will be paused on the following dates:

  • 15th December 2025 – 11th January 2026

All classes are available to book via a monthly subscription, automatically reserving your space in class each week and spreading the cost of my 39 teaching weeks throughout the year. Making that commitment to attend regularly is not only good for you, but also allows me to support you with your practice, and helps me to plan appropriate and progressive classes. Any remaining spaces may be offered as drop ins.

Hello, I’m Sarah Brannen. I’m an experienced Yoga teacher based here in St Andrews, Fife.

I started Warm Hearts Yoga in 2013, when I was looking for a yoga class in St Andrews that I could attend with my young daughter. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for I decided to create it myself.

Over the years, Warm Hearts Yoga grew and evolved and I now teach a wide range of traditional yoga classes alongside my offerings for families. I love sharing yoga with people of all ages so they can feel healthier and happier together.

    A monthly subscription reserves your space in your preferred class each week and spreads the cost of attending over the full year. Committing to regular practice helps you grow steadily, allows me to plan progressive classes for you, and keeps your practice supported. Any remaining spaces may be available for drop-ins.

  • 1 x Everyday Yoga Class/Week

    Join me for one Everyday Yoga class each week. Enjoy an in person or online class each week.

    £35 per month

  • 2 x Everyday Yoga Classes/Week

    Join me for two Everyday Yoga classes each week. Enjoy two in person or online classes each week.

    £65 per month

    For any classes that are not fully subscribed, drop ins can be booked at

  • Subscription T&Cs

    Subscription payments are the same each month, this is a pro rata subscription spreading the cost of my 39 teaching weeks each year over 11 equal monthly payments.

    Payments should be collected on the same date each month (bank holidays etc. may cause slight disruption).  There will be no payments collected in August as all classes will be paused for this month.

    If you ever want to pause your subscription (minimum one month) or cancel, please email me to let me know*.

    If you miss your regular class, you are welcome to catch up in one of my other classes on my schedule (excluding Sunday Sessions unless on an unlimited membership), or make use of my online library of recorded classes.

    *Please note that once payments have been collected they cannot be refunded.
