Yoga Classes for families and children’s yoga in St Andrews

I run weekly parent and baby yoga, toddler yoga, and children’s yoga classes in St Andrews during school term times.

Babies and Tots classes are available to book in blocks. Working with the same group of people each week means we can get to know one another and build a community.

I offer a reduced price taster for children’s classes, after which classes are booked in blocks. Coming along to classes regularly with the same group helps foster confidence and allows children to connect.

What to Expect?

  • Your yoga mat if you have one (if you don’t I can lend you one for your first class, but it is a worthwhile investment if you come along regularly!)

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in

  • A bottle of water

  • Anything your baby needs to be comfortable

  • A small blanket for baby classes

Whatever age you are, practicing yoga has many benefits for your health and wellbeing (both physical and mental). There are specific benefits to be gained for babies and toddlers, older children, new mums and parents.
