A light-hearted and welcoming yoga class for children aged 8–14 years to explore movement, mindfulness and relaxation. Through yoga postures, sun salutations, breathing, meditation, and creative activities, children build confidence, body awareness and tools for calm and focus, all while having fun and connecting with others.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please bring along a yoga mat if you can. Children should remove shoes for class, and socks if they are comfortable to do so.
