A chance for tweens and young teens to explore yoga, whilst keeping an element of fun. The classes include sun salutations, yoga postures, breathing, meditation, and relaxation, all delivered with a relaxed approach.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please bring along a yoga mat if you can. Children should remove shoes for class, and socks if they are comfortable to do so.
