


Thursdays 9.30am Ashtanga Basics
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga builds strength, stamina and flexibility whilst encouraging the focus to move inwards to soothe the mind. In Ashtanga Basics our focus is on establishing a strong foundation for practice using the standing sequence and key postures from the primary series. Everyone moves together with detailed instructions on the postures and breath from the teacher.
