Steady & Stable - A 60 minute hip focused yoga session

A 60 minute Hatha class with a focus on finding stability and mobility around the hips and pelvis. We work on strengthening the legs and glutes in standing postures, find mobility through flowing sequence and finish with postures working wth external rotation and stretching into the outside of the hips. Steady breath carries us throughout the practice.
