30 Minute Ashtanga to Find Focus

A 30 minute Ashtanga Class. In this session we consider where we gaze, to help us keep our focus on the mat and on our practice. Moving through Surya Namaskar, a few standing and seated postures and then an inversion to finish. Taking some longer holds in a few postures to give time to settle in and pay attention. Where the gaze goes is often where the attention goes, so it is interesting to notice where you fix your eyes.
