Join me from the comfort of your own home. and find some time for you each week. Combining movement with breathing practices, meditation and relaxation these classes are designed to nourish body and mind.
This class will be live streamed using Zoom, I can see the participants and offer verbal cues and modifications where necessary. Can't attend at this time? Classes are recorded so you can catch up at a time that suits you.
