This 45 hour course is ideal for anyone working with children, yoga teachers who want to teach this age group, or parents who are looking for ways to share yoga with their families. There are no pre-requisites to attend this course. All I ask is that you have a current yoga practice and are passionate about children’s health and wellbeing.
