Express Ashtanga - 3rd April 2023 - Surya Namaskar

A 30 minute Ashtanga Class. In this session we use Surya Namaskar A and B as a base for our practice and add in some extras to both build strength and open into the chest, shoulders and hips. Then moving through a couple of forwards folds before a short finishing sequence.
