Stretch out at your desk

Some of my yogis have commented recently that they’re suffering with aches from sitting at home working. Sitting at a desk for long periods of time can result in stiffness and if your home office isn’t set up perfectly this can make things worse. Try these simple stretches on your lunch break or at the end of the day to ease tight shoulders, stretch out stiff legs and help aching backs.
