Mysore and Led Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Classes in St. Andrews, Fife.
I’m Sarah, an experienced Ashtanga practitioner and teacher, and I’m excited to bring the first Mysore style program to St Andrews, Fife. This approach offers space for each student to develop a personal practice with steady guidance and room to grow. All are very welcome, from complete beginners to those with years of experience. If you have any questions please reach out, I’m always happy to help.
Please note classes are paused during school holidays. Classes will be paused on the following dates:

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Classes
Ashtanga Yoga works with a set sequence of postures using the breath as a guide. These classes are dynamic and energising to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Mysore style classes give you one to one teaching in a small group.

Following the traditional teaching method where each student is guided individually through the sequences. These classes are for all levels, and beginners are very welcome.
Some students practices are 30 mins long, while others are the full 100 minutes. Know that you can arrive and leave anytime within the time-slot of a Mysore class. Classes are limited to a maximum of 10-12 students.

In a led style Ashtanga Vinyasa class everyone moves together with detailed instructions on the postures and breath from the teacher. These classes help you find a rhythm for your practice and are a great way to build energy.
My led classes are usually based around the primary series and first half of intermediate series. I would recommend these to people with some yoga experience or a reguar Ashtanga practice.

Take your practice further with unlimited access. Enjoy unlimed access to all of my weekly classes, access to my full on demand library of recorded classes, PLUS access to my Sunday Sessions and FREE self practice sessions when classes are paused (subject to demand and teacher availability).

Subscription T&Cs
Subscription payments are the same each month, this is a pro rata subscription spreading the cost of my 39 teaching weeks each year over 11 equal monthly payments.
Payments should be collected on the same date each month (bank holidays etc. may cause slight disruption). There will be no payments collected in August as all classes will be paused for this month.
If you ever want to pause your subscription (minimum one month) or cancel, please email me to let me know*.
If you miss your regular class, you are welcome to catch up in one of my other classes on my schedule (excluding Sunday Sessions unless on an unlimited membership), or make use of my online library of recorded classes.
*Please note that once payments have been collected they cannot be refunded.
Sunday Sessions
Mysore Style Ashtanga runs on Sundays in 5 or 6 week blocks at various times in the year. See below for upcoming blocks of Sunday sessions. Block bookings and drop ins are welcome.
