LOCATION
Craigtoun Country Park, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 8NX
DATE & TIME
Sundays 12th & 19th July 2026
11.00am - 12.15pm
DETAILS
Looking for a fun family day out this summer? Whether you're aged 1 or 101, everyone is welcome for some family yoga in the park.
Family yoga gives children and adults the chance to embrace their playfulness and spend quality time together. Work with your children to create shapes, move, breathe and relax as a family.
These sessions are open to all ages. Children aged 3 and over will be most able to participate in the activities, but younger children are very welcome too.
Why not bring a picnic and stay for the day? There’s so much to explore at Craigtoun.
Family Ticket: One booking covers a single family unit (parents/carers and their children). This helps keep events affordable while ensuring there is enough space for everyone. If you'd like to bring additional family members or guests, please contact me before booking.
Your ticket includes:
Yoga session
Partner and family postures
Movement and games
Breathing activities
Relaxation
Crafts
Donation to Craigtoun Park
INSTRUCTIONS
We will be practising outdoors on the grass and sessions will go ahead in most weather conditions unless it is genuinely unsafe or impossible to do so.
You may wish to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or towel to sit on, particularly if the ground is damp. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and remember to plan for a Scottish summer… sun cream and waterproofs may both be required!
