Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga builds strength, stamina and flexibility whilst encouraging the focus to move inwards to soothe the mind. In this 75 minute class our focus is on establishing a strong foundation for practice using the standing sequence and key postures from the primary series. Everyone moves together with detailed instructions on the postures and breath from the teacher.
