A class for parents/carers to participate in together with their child as we stretch, get active and laugh with yoga.

Family yoga provides kids & adults a chance to embrace their playfulness and spend some great quality time together. Work together with your children creating shapes, moving, breathing, and relaxing together. This is time to let go of expectations, engage your imagination and find connections.

Open to all ages, but children from 2 upwards will find it easiest to participate in all the activities.

Drop in for £15 per class, or book all 3 weeks for £27.

Thurs. 09.07. 9.30am - 10:30am

Thurs. 16.07 9.30am - 10.30am

Thurs. 23.07 9.30am - 10.30am

INSTRUCTIONS

Please bring along your own yoga mat if you can, wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. Ideally bare feet for class is the best way to avoid slipping on the floor, if you or your children are not comfortable with bare feet, shoes can be kept on.
