If you’re fed up with life being so serious, this is for you. It’s time to come and play!
In this workshop we’ll explore some partner yoga poses and some acroyoga. You might find you can do things you didn’t realise you could, and discover that you’re stronger than you thought.
Best of all, you’ll have time to let go of work, studies and stresses and enjoy a little time to PLAY.
No previous experience needed and no need to bring a partner, we’ll pair you up. There will be options for those with some acro experience too, and adventurous beginners are very welcome!
Everything will be taught in a way that is accessible and safe, and I can promise you an afternoon of fun and laughter.
Bring a friend, family member, or come alone and find a new yoga friend.
This isn't intended to be a family yoga workshop, but young people aged 14 and over are welcome to come along with a paying adult. The price is £25 per person, including under-18s, as spaces are limited.

We'll explore restorative yoga, breathing practices and Yoga Nidra, with plenty of time to practice and experience the effects for yourself.
You'll leave with simple tools you can use at home whenever you need to unwind, let go and make space for rest.
