A 2 hour workshop for anyone curious about Ashtanga or ready to go deeper. We’ll move through a 45 minute led practice, explore breath and focus, then break down postures like Chaturanga, Parsvakonasana and Marichyasana in a clear, supportive space.

Backbends can feel expansive, energising, and just a little bit brave. In this workshop we’ll explore how to work with breath, strength and space to build safe, satisfying backbends with plenty of time to break things down and explore.

In this session we’ll dive into arm balances like Bakasana, Bhujapidasana and Tittibhasana — building from the ground up with breath, bandhas and core connection. You’ll be guided through ways to lift off with more stability, awareness and confidence. Expect play, focus and a few lightbulb moments.
