A 60 minute restorative yoga session with a focus on staying grounded, particularly useful in late summer and Autumn. You will want plenty of cushions or pillows and blankets for this class, plus something you can use as a strap (a yoga strap or dressing gown cord both work!).

    Mindful Yoga - Spine

In this 60 minute class we begin with a short seated movement. Then we ease into the spine with some gentle rhythmic movement and standing stretches using the wall before moving into some longer held restorative postures. The rhythmic movement, focus on the breath and restorative work is designed to help find quiet and calm, release stress and move into deep relaxation. You will need some props (pillows, blanket, blocks if you have any and a wall/chair) for this session.
